The Minnesota PTA has adopted Universal Bylaws for all member PTAs. Our PTA adopted those Universal Bylaws and follows those as outlined.
To capture the unique ways our PTA operates, we have created standing rules that covers officers, dues, meeting dates, financial processes, and more.
